In doing so, I recognise that while this programme is design scientifically, all exercise comes with the risk of injury, and that Bespoke Conditioning holds no liability for any injuries obtained during the programme. I also agree that no element of the programme should be undertaken if the athlete does not feel safe and comfortable to do so. *
